Ad Campaign

Nova is a campaign introducing students to alternative career paths by highlighting STARS, people Skilled Through Alternative Routes who keep our communities running. The concept responds to the limited and often traditional ways students are introduced to life after high school, where success is frequently framed through a very narrow academic lens. Through branding, illustration, and campaign design and strategy, Nova reframes that narrative by centering real people doing real work, creating a more accessible and relatable model for career education that expands how young people see their future.
